Scope and agreement

The parties agree the supply of products and, where relevant, related services in a separate agreement and specifications. An enquiry submitted through the site is not acceptance and does not itself create a contract. Invoices and specifications are issued separately on terms agreed by the parties.

Price, payment and timing

Product range, quantity, price, payment arrangements and timing are determined in the agreement, specification or other document agreed by the parties.

Delivery and acceptance

The method and place of delivery and the acceptance procedure are set out in the agreement. The parties complete transfer documents as agreed.

Warranty and liability

Warranty terms, claims procedures and the parties’ liability are determined by the agreement and applicable law.
