# Toilet paper roll marking line

A manufactured system with dual-station roll feeding, length inspection and pneumatic rejection. Prepares products for Data Matrix application.


## Dual-station feeding

Band saw stations are positioned on the left and right and feed the system alternately. While rolls are replaced at one station, the other continues feeding. Each channel has accumulation and roll-presence sensors. A pneumatic hold-back coordinates the flows. Feed ports are adjusted in height, width and diameter for the agreed product dimensions.


## Transfer and length inspection

Cut rolls enter an adjustable receiving tray. An electromechanical paddle unit transfers them onto the main belt conveyor. A hardware and software module checks roll length; a pneumatic nozzle rejects an item when a deviation is detected.


## Preparing for code application

Rolls leave the system separated for the downstream marking operation. The layout allows room for a printer-applicator, cameras and rejection devices. Data Matrix application, code reading and integration with the Chestny ZNAK system are agreed separately. Roll-length inspection does not replace code-readability verification.
